IMG College of Winston-Salem, N.C., the national leader in collegiate sports
marketing, has served as the exclusive
rights holder for Southern Miss Athletics
since 2000 and will continue its partnership
with Southern Miss at least through June of
2017.
The company maintains a staff and
sales office at the Athletic Center on the
Southern Miss campus and works closely
with the Southern Miss athletics staff to
develop, produce, and sell all sponsorship
and promotional activities
surrounding Golden Eagle
Athletics.

The sales team, which
has enjoyed great success and was cited by the
organization as having the
highest percentage growth
of its corporate sponsorship production of any
of the athletic programs
represented in the company in 2005, is headed
by Jamie Martin, Assistant
Vice President/ General
Manager, who has been
with the IMG team since
2003 and who also was
graduated at Southern
Miss.
In 2005, she was the
recipient of the “President’s Cup” as the
outstanding sales representative in the
company. Darren McPhail joined the staff
as Assistant General Manager in January of
2009 and newcomer Caleb Swann began
his term as Marketing Assistant in the spring
of 2011.
Broadcasts of Southern Miss athletics can
be heard throughout the state of Mississippi
and into parts of Louisiana, Alabama,
Arkansas, and the Florida panhandle.

( 104. 5) in Hattiesburg-Laurel, boasting aThe
baseball program enjoyed unprecedented
coverage in its 2009 postseason with its
largest ever network, which included five
stations during its College World Series run.
This season, Golden Eagle baseball games
can be heard in four different markets including Hattiesburg ( 94. 3, WKZW-FM or 104. 5
WXRR-FM), Columbia ( 96. 7, WFFF-FM),
Jackson (620 WJDX-AM or 1590 WZRX-AM)
and Biloxi-Gulfport ( 96. 7, WUJM-FM).
