Beginning its eighth year, the Joye Lee- McNelis Basketball Camp is designed to
create a positive and fun learning atmosphere
for young players. McNelis’ philosophy is to
help young girls learn more about the game,
improve their skills, provide the upper level
players with tough competition, while at the
same time, providing campers with the oppor-
tunity to learn more about the Lady Eagles
and The Univeristy of Southern Mississippi.
Each camper receives a camp basketball,
T-shirt and report card. Awards are given to
the winners of various contests that are featured throughout the camp.
The camp staff is comprised of the
Southern Miss Lady Eagle coaching staff, various current and former Lady Eagle players
and top high school coaches in the region.
